95 electric won't budge
I replaced the v-glide, now the cart won't budge. Reason I replaced it was because the cart would go super slow in forward, but full speed in reverse. Now it won't go either. While working on it, I noticed the end of the lead to the motor was fried, so I snipped it off and replaced the connector. Now nothing. Suggestions?

It will lightly try to inch forward as soon as the pedal is depressed, both forward and back. It just does this for a second, then does nothing. The solenoid is clicking.
