Default 03 DS solenoid

I'm confused about what solenoid to get for my 48v ds.

Has stock controller with 4ga cables big wheels, etc.

Stock one died, HD one died, got a Curtis one and it us sticking open. Cart won't shut off unless you tap on it.

This has all happened in about 5 years.

Will a mzj200d work for my Ds or is there better options?

The more Heavy Duty options would be the MZJ-4000 or the Albright SW200 contactor.

Is there any part of the system that has been by-passed?

An IQ cart will not run without the Key being ON (and pedal pressed more than 20%), regardless if the Solenoid contacts are welded.

Obc had.been for years as I ran the 4 gauge cable under and left stock cable through it.

Now the 4gauge goes through and nothing around. I took key switch out and it does not look broke.

But as I mentioned tapping on the solenoid will make cart turn off. Otherwise it runs with key off. I just knew the solenoid was bad, glad I asked.

You definitely have a problem in the key switch circuit, if the key turned the power off on the blue wire, the cart would not run regardless if the solenoid is stuck.
