upgrade to more speed/ best bang for $$
Going back down in a few weeks.
What's the best upgrade for more speed ? Took some pics before I left : Motor : 48 vol, 3.10 HP Special service Controller: Curtis PMC, 1204-419, 36 - 48 Volt, 225 Amp OBC: 19190-88 (48 VDC, 24 cell ) |

When I go to a 400 amp controller
, should I replace the #6 cables with #4 ? If I don't right away, what the performance effects ? |

I would upgrade your cables, most of us do then installing a new controller.
