Poly suspension leaf & front A arm lift bushings???
Merry Christmas,
It's been a while, I hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing some major work to cart. What does anyone know about replacing all suspension bushings with poly vs rubber? This is for a 03 DS. The rubber are junk! I need about 36 EA rubber/ bushings. Is poly better than rubber? I had about 8 EA that flattend out. Thanks Steve |

Poly bushings are going to be much stiffer than rubber and cause a rougher ride (if that's possible in a golf cart
 ) I'd stick with rubber if it were me. The poly will last longer, but the extra stiffness wouldn't be worth it IMO. Good work so far on the build!!! |

Where did you get the bushings? I'm looking for bright green bushings for the shocks?
