Working under the cart!
I am a newcomer to carts, learning, and it seems spending, everyday.
Today I installed a voltage reducer, light kit and strobe light with dash switch and soon realized how difficult [or impossible] it is to work under a stock 1999 Club Car even to run and secure the wiring harnesses, particularly so at 69 years of age. I started to pull out the floor jack and jack stands when I saw my old steel auto ramps that I haven't used for at least 15 years. I drove the cart up on them, and found they were perfect for lifting the cart safely and securely. I would much rather be under it with the cart on those instead of jack stands. If you have a set of ramps, try them next time you need to enjoy working under your cart! |

I've got two Rhino's and a couple of old steel ramps from the 80's!

Re: Working under the cart!
Thanks, that would be great to get front and rear up at the same time. However, I surely hope I won't need to spend much time under there!!!!

Re: Working under the cart!
Thanks for the info Tom. I've been wondering myself how I'm going to get under my 2002 Club Car. I'm 6-4 and 220lbs. Not an easy task.

Re: Working under the cart!
Have a 4 post lift but the carts are too wide to fit without moving the platforms
But this works too |
