Red hawk light kit, using my 48v reducer
Hello all,
I installed the red hawk light kit recently, unfortunately it came with a 16/12 reducer. I just received my 48/12 reducer and I can't for the life of me figure out where to tie in my 12 volts coming off the fuse block. I tried supplying 12v to the kits main power wire in the battery area, but it would only work if I kept the 16/12 reducer plugged in and the lights were blinking. I tried supplying 12v to the green wire coming off the 16/12 harness and realized it was negative. There are only 2 wires coming off the 16/12 reducer (black and green) black is + and green is - Any help is appreciated! |
