Exclamation Club car allingment issues

I have a 2008 club car predecent with a jakes 6 inch spindle lift kit. I'm pretty sure that the part that come off the spindle to connect to the tie rod is bent. When I tried to align the tires both the tires were toed out a lot and wouldn't come in anymore so I switched that part around and I was able to sling the tires but when I drove foward the tires would un align. I couldn't get them aligned because when I had it perfect I would drive forward and the tires would un align. I've tried adjusting the camber so it's equal on each side but my tires sit like this /------\ and when I would go to drive foward after I adjusted the camber my tires would go like this |-----/ or this \-----| and I can't get the tires aligned or the camber right. Are they not aligning because that one price is bent or what?!

They can be a pain, this is how I do it. Start on a level flat floor, set the camber first and roll it back a few feet then check it again. Once you have that then start to set the toe in, roll it back a few feet and check again. Take for a test ride and it should be done. If the alignment keeps moving start by checking bushings, tie Rod ends, wheel bearings to make sure everything is in good shape, hope that helps and sometimes I have to align a cart a couple times till I'm happy with it.

You'lll want to straighten out your wheels pointing forward to set the camber. Can you take a picture of it from the front?

It looks like You have your "driver" and "passenger" side hardware reversed, they are side specific.

Look at the installation video again (@ 1:20 ):

I switched them around because I'm pretty sure they were bent because the tires were way toed out on both sides and wouldn't come in anymore

In the video the peice that comes off the spindle to connect to the tie rod end is flat and mine seems to be bent upward

Looks hokey are the rod ends suppose to be that far angled?

Both the Spindles and the Steering Arms are side specific, so I am pretty sure it will not work in any other random order.

Are You sure You have the correct Steering Arm on the correct spindle?

If all of the parts numbers are on the correct locations, You best option is to take a good picture of the part You think is bent and sent it to Jakes tech support.
