Default Ideas for non oem club car floor?

I am changing all the floor on my limo cart and was looking for some ideas for a replacement. Any suggestions?

1/8" aluminum treadplate would be rugged, look great, and be non-slip.

Check with local sheet metal or a/c companies. Most carry it and can shear it to any size you need.

^^^^^I second that..
Gotta love diamond plate....strong, lightweight, mostly corrosive resistant...and it looks nice!

Maybe something like this:

Im just about finished with my golf cart transformation. The ideal floor for me would be gray rubber or pvc diamond plate but i cannot find anything over 1/8" at its thickest part. Anyone know where i could get it thicker?

OOOHH. That's nice too, not astroturf but nice. Try rubber garage flooring. The stuff guys lay down on their garage floor where nothing gets built. Comes in colors and patterns too. Don't know much more than that about it as it wouldn't last long here. Would be a fire hazard too.

I'm not big on the aluminum diamond plate....looks awesome, but it IS slippery when wet or muddy. Then keeping it shiny is a bit of a chore too.
I'd go for the rubber diamond plate design in dark grey or black. It has a good look.

Fo some reason though, on my Carryall, I've been looking for something like this...I'm not sure why. I just think it would look good on a Carryall...

I don't think you can get 3/16" or 1/4" in aluminum. Steel would not be a good way to go as it would be a lot of extra weight to tote around.

The 1/8" aluminum is very stiff and rugged. I don't think you'll be disappointed with the results. It is a lot stronger than the OEM Club Car aluminum subfloor.

You're right about it being slippery when wet, and that may be an issue. You can easily spray a rubberized bed liner over the diamond plate. That would look awesome!
