Charger works on other carts.
I agree, sounds like OBC is the problem.
With wire jumped from Charger receptacle to Neg post on battery, charger works fine on this cart. I'm just curious to know if this will cause any problems.

People do it all the time , but without the OBC working then you probably
will not have the Wionterization function where the charger comes on every 2
weeks , Diags the Batteries and charges as required.
The auto shutoff function,
The auto Timing function which cuts the Charger off after 16 hours (safty feture) ...etc.

Just buy a Volt Meter charge 1 hour for each 10 Min drive time,
Unplug and wait 30 Min, check pack Voltage - should be 51-53 Volts
bepending on age and health of Batteries.

Replace the obc, not that costly. Easy to do. Check your conections that they are clean, and tight.
