Default Club car lipo battery help

I ordered a pack of lipos from evbatterycenter for my 48volt club car predecent. It came the other day and I took the old battery's out and put the new ones in. So there is a spot on it for the charger I know that but there is two more plugs and I think I know how to hook it up but not 100% sure. Here are some pictures so I can show you what I was talking about.

Yes, You need a RED Anderson plug with 2ga cables for your pack positive and negative cables to connect to the plug on picture #2.

The round plug (#3 and #4 pictures) is most likely for the BMS.

Since there is not much standard about "assembled from parts" lithium systems, You really should contact the vendor to make sure you get accurate setup and operating information for your specific pack assembly.

Ok so I hooked everything up today and golf cart battery's work great but the lights don't work. There is a red wire coming from where the tow/run swich is and a blue wire. I tried hook it those two to a 12 volt battery and nothing happened. I have no horn lights or brake lights. I checked the voltage and it's 12.6 so that's all good what am I missing?

It sounds like it is all 12V stuff that isn't working. It also seems you are getting 12V from your DC converter. Checked your fuses? If so then I would start tracing wires back from the inoperative items to see where the 12V stops.

I bought an extra battery to run all my lights and stero when I put in the lipos. I connected the red wire and the blue wire that I'm pretty sure was connected to one battery on my old 4 12 volt battery setup. The blue wire was connected to one of the old cables that connected the battery's in a series. I cut it stripped it and put a new connecter on it so I could hook it up to the 12 volt battery and when I did nothing happened, I had no lights or horn.

So I spent some time tracing wires and it turns out my red wire actually goes to where the old charger port thing was. I do have the right blue wire for the negitive but I can't find the red wire. Any ideas to where it would be.

The blue wire is the positive wire for your 12v accessories.

The negative wire was connected to Controller B-, it shared a crimp with the negative cable that came through the OBC.

Hi Jerald, if you don't mind me asking what did it cost for the lithium battery setup?
Do they include the charger?
I have used lipo batteries in my model planes for years so I understand the importance of balancing the packs and all the other unique qualities of lithium.
