Default How to Check MCOR

I have a 2002 Club Car which is slower than all of the folks the we golf with. I suspect that the MCOR might not be allowing the max current or voltage to pass. The linkage was a little worn so I added a shim so when I push te pedal, it picks up sooner, but it is still slow.

Is there a test with a meter to test if the pot is doing what it is supposed to do? What should the resistance values be?

Thanks
