Motor splines repairable ?
Found a 36v motor for my 48v cart
but splines look worn pretty bad Are there options for repairing the splines? Came Off an 85 DS |

Found several new motor couplers
Read that if you weld a 3/4 nut to the coupler, with the bolt inside the splines for alignment tighten the bolt to pull the coupler Fine thread Tighten & heat May give it a go Rebuild with new brushes & bearing Found a source for motor parts: http://golfcartking.shopgate.com/item/37343539 |
