Cart won't move.....
I have 02 CC electric. I switch everything over to a solid state setup. Everything was working fine till I took it to my local CC dealer ship and got it back with a burned up motor and found some wires crossed.
So far since I got it back I have replaced the solenoid and the micro switch on the forward and reverse switch. Now on my controller comes on with a steady green led and has a slight lag before it has a steady green light when I push on the accelerator but the motor is not turning....... Any suggestions? |

Re: Cart won't move.....
What did you take it to the dealer for, and why did you bring it home if it had all those problems.
I would talk to the owner and make them correct the damage they have caused. And who and where is the dealer, so our other members can stay away from them. Aflyer |

Re: Cart won't move.....
What controller are you running? Sounds like it's an Alltrax. Alltrax user friendly software should allow you to plug your computer into the controller and see what's causing your issue.

Re: Cart won't move.....
I just went through this trying to turn down my controller. Steady green light simply means the controller so ready to run. Down load the the Alltrax toolbox from their site and plug it in with an USB printer cable. I'll bet the dealership reset the controller somehow. Once plugged in go to the throttle setup and confirm that it's SET on 0-5k for the conversion. I defaulted my settings playing with the controller and it defaulted to EZGO ITS throttle, it will blink 4 times if this is the case......maybe the dealership did the same....
Scotty B helped me out. Hope this fixes your problem |
