Default Tire Wear - Alignment or Something Else?

This is my first post, but thank you all for the wealth of information that I have received by "lurking" on this site. I recently bought a new to me 2001 Club Car "Deluxe Villager" I am told, but it sure looks like a DS to me. In any event, the seller said that the tires are the same age. Please see the pictures - any idea what would cause the passenger tire to be so much more worn than the driver side? At first blush, it doesn't look to me like an alignment issue, but I know nothing about carts, so I thought that I'd canvass the experts here. Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated.

No way those tires are the same age. Difference in tread could be due to improper inflation, but the fact that one tire still has the spews (little rubber hairs) and the other doesn't is a clear sign they are not the same age.

That is what I thought as well, but the owner said they were both replaced in 2010. If the driver's side was replaced again after that time, it would certainly make me feel better as I was concerned that there might be some sort of alignment problem. The price was right on the cart, so I bought it anyway, but if I can avoid suspension repairs, that would be great.

Congrats on your new cart. If it's your first one, welcome to the addiction. Better start clearing out some space for your next cart.

At this point don't worry about the tires. You own it, enjoy it, don't swirl around with buyers remorse. I think it is pretty safe to say the uneven tire wear is not due to a suspension problem.

Plus stock size tires are relatively inexpensive.

its not an alignment issue, whoever had the cart previously changed one of the front tires at a different time. But if your sure you or someone else did not change one of your front tires at a different time then check the alignment with a tape measure to see.

Looks like the wear pattern is even across the tire with more wear. So I vote with others that the front tires are different age.
The even wear tells me it's probably not an alignment problem but it wouldn't hurt to check. Not a hard job to do.
You might want to rotate those tires to the back.

The bushings are likely worn making the camber incorrect, also the toe in seems to be out of adjustment. Should be toed in 1/8 inch on the front side. The camber needs corrected first.

Its an alignment issue. Seen it to many times to count. Because the tire is worn straight across means its a toe issue. As stated, its an easy job.
