More Pics from rebuild
Progress is being made. Had a bit of set back on the paint. I originally tried painting it myself using Rustoleum cans. After running into a few cans that didn't work properly and ruined the paint, I decided to let the pros handle it.

Also agreed! That 2 tone and stripe really bring out the beautiful [IMHO] body lines of a DS.

Yes! Show us how you did the cowl! It also has a great shape [among golf carts] that is.

Re: More Pics from rebuild
Don't have any pics of the front cowl. After trying to paint it and the cans splattering and destroying the white paint, I gave up and took it to a paint shop where it is as we speak. It looks great from a distance, but my OCD wouldn't allow me to roll it out like it was.

Re: More Pics from rebuild
Thanks to you all for the awesome compliments. I originally strayed the gold strip, taped it right on top of the body contour, sprayed the black, and finally the white. I found out the hard way that I don't have the patience or equipment for a quality paint job. I tried but wasn't satisfied. Thanks for the compliments still. Conversion kit and motor arrived today. Just got back home from checking and verifying paint samples. Will have more pics as I go.
