Default Batteries seem to be failing prematurely

I bought a new set of interstate batteries 13 months ago. I have kept them watered and kept cables tight. I have an in dash volt meter from Scotty. Recently (within last 8 weeks) the day after a charge resting voltage is between 50.0-50.3, it used to be 50.9-51.1. So based on the chart that is frequently posted here I am only getting 80-85% charged. The batteries have an 18 month battery. I went back to the place Ali bought them. I could tell the lady decided my batteries were fine before I even unloaded it. She used a handheld tester and told me they are fine. I explained what I stated above. She tried to say my volt meter is unreliable. I disagreed but the other thing she said the caused her to lose credibility is that I have nothing to worry about as long as they're over 48V. NOT ACCURATE! At this point I saw no point in arguing so I packed up and left. My first question is should I see this much deterioration in 13 months? If so my next question is does anybody have any experience dealing with interstate on warranty issues? Thank You in advance!

I don't know about interstate batteries. What kind of charger are you using? Have you reset the OBC?

They are 8 volt. Not sure the model number. I have not reset the obc. I am using the stick charger. It's a 2013 Precedent

The dash mounted volt meters can give false readings. You need to check pack voltage and individual battery voltage with a digital multimeter if you can find one.

Multi Meter and dash gauge are pretty darn close. Each battery is consistent 8.32/8.33.

That's after charge complete and 8-12 hr rest? You are using the factory Power Drive Charger?

Dang, I'm not an expert around here but it seems like you are not getting a full charge on your batteries...

Have you tried resetting the OBC? Pull the Neg wire from the battery post going to the OBC, leaving it disconnected for 15 min?
