2002 club car DS just up and quit

02 club car was running fine and just quit like you turned the key off
battery voltage is 52 volts across the batteries no forward or reverse,no buzzer in reverse,solenoid does not click,have voltage to the solenoid all cables are tight and clean

Good news is it's not your batteries.!!! Most likely wiring who my kidding it is wiring start your key switch work backwards

While you're at it go ahead and check that tow switch

You have all the symptoms of a failed OBC Controller lockout.

Disconnect the OBC 6-pin plug and jump the Blue and the White wires on the harness side of the connector.

On Board Computer (OBC), look at #7 on the diagram below:

No, just unplug the harness from the OBC and jump the blue and white wires on the female side. I use a paper clip to stick in the pin hole. Then try the cart.

Does your charger still work?

This is for testing only so leave the OBC 6-pin connector unplugged with those two wires (Blue and White) jumped on the harness side.

If the cart works after you do that, You can decide on the next step depending if the charging function still works or not.
