Default No power to KSI pin

I just up graded the controller, wires and solenoid on my 02 DS. I moved one wire at a time as to avoid crossing anything up. Now that I have it complete the solenoid clicks but the cart will not move. Looked at the new Alltrax and the power light is not on so I checked the pin and it doesn't have power to it. I rechecked all the wiring and everything is where it is supposed to go and all bolts and screws are tight. I also checked any fuses I could find. Any help would be appreciated.

The KSI Controller power comes from the Solenoid positive activation wire.

Find the Solenoid small post positive wire and follow it to the KSI terminal on the Controller.

Its connected to one of the diode post on the 400 amp solenoid. That's the way it was connected to the old one. There is no voltage there.

I just did the same conversion to my 2000.5 DS without any problems. What you are calling the diode posts are actually the activation posts for the solenoid. The yellow wire is - coming from the OBC and the red wire is + coming from the micro switch on the F&R switch. The fact that the solenoid clicks tells you that you are getting voltage to the solenoid. I noticed in your picture that there is only one red wire attached to the + side of the activation posts. Either you forgot to connect the wire that goes from that post to the controller or your cart is like mine and the wire that goes from the micro switch on the F&R has a split in the wire harness so that the power to controller goes directly there.
You said there is no voltage there. Where did you mean when you said "there" and how were you measuring it? If you use a volt meter placing black probe on B- of the controller and red lead to the spade connector that connects to controller you should get pack voltage when the pedal is pressed.

By there I mean at the smaller diode post. I have I red wire that goes to the larger terminal. I believe there is a split in the wiring harness. Should I move the red wire from larger post to the smaller diode post?

No that wire is supposed to be where it is. Can you post a picture of connections on the Alltrax. There are more spade connections on the new controller than a stock controller so maybe you just have it connected wrong there.

That looks correct. Can you do the test I asked for in my first post. Use a volt meter black probe to B- on controller disconnect the red wire from KSI and stick your red probe from volt meter into the connector on the wire. Press the go pedal and see if you get pack voltage on the volt meter.

I did that, with the pedal down I got 50 Volts at the first diode terminal and 1 on the other terminal.
