14 inch wheels on a stock height Precedent
I'm thinking about going with 205/30-14 tires and wheels on my stock height Precedent. It has 205/50-10's on it now with no issues. Is anyone running 14's on a stock cart? Do they rub? Has anyone had any experience opening the wheel wells on a Precedent? If so, how did you do it? Based on the tire size calculator they are 18.8 diameter. I don't want to raise the cart. I like the lower look. Thanks in advance.

55BigBlock,
No, I have no experience with that, but if you check out these guys listings, they do say a lift is required: http://www.ebay.com/itm/GOLF-CART-14...RW7H-d&vxp=mtr It has to be for with, because the diameter is very close to the stock tire height. Aflyer |

Re: 14 inch wheels on a stock height Precedent
I did some measuring this weekend and it appears that a 20 inch tire will fit without issues. Most websites say Yamaha and CC might rub. I would love to hear from someone who his tried 205/30/14s on a CC Precedent.

Re: 14 inch wheels on a stock height Precedent
Here's a thread on the subject:
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/road-...edent-14s.html I think the offset they suggest is 20mm. They are a little bit close hold on how they do things but they build some beautiful Precedents. I don't have any personal experience with 14s on a Precedent. |

This thread is a year old, but did anyone determine if the 14s worked on the stock precedent or with just a lopro lift?

Re: 14 inch wheels on a stock height Precedent
I ended up using a 14 inch wheel and a 22 inch street tire and a 3 inch lift. I'm very happy with the setup.
