Default One wire license plate light/ bracket install help.

I got the one wire plate light/bracket. No power when tapped into rear tail. Do I need to run a ground to battery from the bracket? Thanks

You can probably just connect to the ground wire on one of the tail lights.

Each light on the cart has 2 wires = a + and a - wire. Your one wire license plate light is automotive style and assumes the frame is - which it is not in a golf cart.

Also you will need to electrically isolate the license frame from the cart frame. I had the same issue with the horn when I got my cart.
