FSIP to Alltrax jumper mapping?
Hi all,
I'm removing a FSIP 1204-408 and replacing it with an Alltrax SR48500. Since the Alltrax doesn't have an A2 lug, I simply used a single wire to connect the A2 post on the motor directly to the FNR switch. Can I get an Amen on that? Also, I need help determining where to put the little wires. I've labeled the jumpers on the attached picture J1, J2, and J3. I'm assuming one of them goes to what is listed as "THROT 1" in the Alltrax manual. I'm assuming another one goes to "THROT 2", and I'm assuming the last one goes to either the black, blue, green, or red ports. Does anybody know what goes where? Thanks, TJ |

What cart is this going in? Ezgo TXT ?
Follow the install instruction - A2 has been used since the 90s - LOL, so one cable does replace those 2.... bypassing the controller A2 terminal. |

Going in a '94 DS.
I'm good. I had to call Alltrax about an XCT for a G29, so I asked about the wiring for this cart as well and I got that straightened out. Thanks, TJ |

Yeah. Although the mounting location of the DS controller makes it a PIA to make the connections.

Yeah! What was CC thinking with that decision ....
I mean - what's up with hiding the main controller in the least accessible spot !? |

Re: FSIP to Alltrax jumper mapping?
I must have done something wrong. Solenoid clicks but the cart will not go. I installed the FN1 function knob, but didn't bother to hook up a computer. I assumed it would just have some defaults programmed. Perhaps the default is "ultimate child mode" where the cart doesn't move. hahahah.

Check the Throttle wires, Green to J4 and Yellow to J5.
