Default Club car precedent works with key switch disconnected

My 2012 club car precedent 48v runs even with key switch disconnected I checked voltage 50.8 on one side which seem like the feed but getting 32.4 on switch leg help please don't need someone driving away with cart

lol I just did I have a 16-12 volt reducer connected is it possible it is bad cause when I disconnected it from the neg on battery 2 it works fine

It's not that the reducer is bad - it's to do with how it is hooked up.
