So those cheap aluminum front CC DS hubs can handle that much leverage while turning hard. I'm amazed.

If you don't mind me asking; why did you have to replace the D&D motor you had in there?

The D&D performance is slightly better, and has better top speed after plum quick added some high speed banding. I really just bought it to try it out and compare, I have a few friends wanting to go to 25" + tires so I'll probably eventually sell the admerial or keep it as a backup motor

If I had to do it all over again I would have just ran the admerial due to the $ spent on the d&d es-9j-50r + sending it to plum quick for a speed upgrade....then alot of testing and logging and working with alltrax to build a field map for the d&d. The admerial is very comparable to the performance for less$$$

Yeah, I'm sure you've got some $ wrapped up in purchasing a custom motor, shipping to PQ and also upgrading.

I'm guessing in the neighborhood of $1K. I'd agree, going with the Admiral initially would've been way more economical. Meh, you live and you learn.
