Default 83 Club Car ds 36v

I've put the club car on jack stands. Now as I press the accelerator I hear each solenoid engage, except no.3.I have 36v on no.1 all the time,as I press on acellorator I hear solenoid 2,4,and 5 engage and check each solenoid and there is no voltage at any of these solenoid,to which I have no power to the electric motor.I'm I looking at a bad electric motor or something else I'm not seeing.I realize with solenoid 3 not firing that tell me micro switch no.3 in the potenttioneter is bad,and I hear that's a common problem.I wrote down serial no's as following "A8302-39340" 36v.All batteries show 6v+ and 38v+ when full charged.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Paul
