Default 2004 club car ds (iq) speed

New to this forum and golf carts,so please excuse my ignorance. My ds will run a faster speed after I disconnect the batteries and reconnect. Once I park and turn off power, then switch back on the cart will run considerably slower. I reset the obc per instructions on this site still same symptoms. Ran check on speed sensor and it seems fine. Is this something I should see a Golf cart shop about repairing? First four of serial number is AQ04. Thanks for any help!

What is your battery pack voltage after you stop and then what is it when you start again? Sounds to me like you have a draw occurring somewhere and your pack is lower yielding the stomps you describe.

Batteries are new, trojan 875's. I spoke with Mr. Hicks from Revolution Cars and he seems to think the speed sensor is going bad. Ordered new sensor and magnet from him. I will get them installed when they arrive and will let everyone know how it performs. Thank you for responding.Great forum with lots of info and good people!
