Default Alltrax XCT300 - S1 and S2?

Hi Guys,

My golf cart project has turned into being a little more complicated than I originally thought. My latest issues is the Alltrax XCT300 Install.

I pull off all of my wires from the old Curtis Controller in order to match up a Alltrax XCT300. All wires match up except S1 and S2. I see now spot from them both on the controller or in the diagram. I see an F1 and F2 that match them in color but know alpha numerical and also know style connector...

Any guesses on this?

You seem to have a series cart. That controller seems to be for an IQ cart.

The cart is a 2011 PQ Precedent. The Forward and Reverse switch is a toggle side to side with neutral in the middle.

You have a series controller then.

The Alltrax Controller uses ring connectors instead of quick connectors like the Curtis for F1 and F2 (also referenced as S1 and S2).

You need to crimp some ring connectors on the wires.

The more I look, I do not believe I have a Series Controller. The posts I see indicate it would a be Sepex Cart as I have regen and a U shaped F&R switch with an actual switch attached and not a lever.

It is the XCT48300. All connectors line-up except these. Could it be what the above poster said in the fact that I just need to convert this quick connectors labeled S1 and S2 to ring style connectors and then use them as F1 and F2? The do match the colors (blue and orange)
