Default Lestronic 2 charger

Had my Lestronic 2 charger plugged into my 36 volt Club Car drove off and it fell off of my workbench. It crush the board now when I plug it in it just hums. Is there any way to check to make sure the Transformer is still good before I replace the board

The transformer is pretty tough. If there isn't any physical damage to it, it should be fine. I'm assuming you're referring to the timer board being crushed? The timer board just turns the charger relay on and off, if it's turning on and humming you've got a different problem. Once the charger turns on, the timer board is irrelevant. Make sure the heatsink (diode strip) in the back of the charger isn't broken.

It definitely needs to be replaced, but if the board is turning the charger on, there's nothing else in the board that can keep the charger from registering amperage on the meter. There's something else wrong too. The board pictured only has one job, to turn the charger on and off. If it's turning on and not working, there's another issue too.
