Clunk, clunk, clunk

As I drive my Precident around I hear a clunk, clunk, clunk noise that gets faster with wheel sped, appears to come from the front end and I also feel a corresponding movement in the steering wheel. I'm assuming this might be a wheel bearing? Sound familiar?

Flip the cart to Tow, jack up the front end and see if you can move either wheel in a direction it's not supposed to go.

Yes, if it is coming from the front, felt thru the steering wheel, and changes with speed, that is all that is up there to do that. As kgsc said, but also sometimes if the bearings (don't know your year - could be open or sealed bearings) were not properly preloaded or were not secured and the nut has backed off, will cause that noise. If yours is clunking, the damage is probably done. Just don't drive it to the point you ruin your spindle.

If its the open style bearing just drop them out, de-grease and clean it good, inspect, and then replace them, If its the sealed type, same process but sometimes a little more of a pain if they self destructed.

I'll be the first to admit that I've driven a cart without tightening lug nuts. It causes the exact behavior you are describing. With a little luck all you need to do it tighten your lug nuts.
