Default 2013 Club Car wanting to do the PQ Assassin motor need advice

I have a 2013 Club Car Precedent SN PH1338-400856 with the stock 18x8.5-8 tires. I want to do the PQ assassin motor swap with the additional required components, but I can't seem to get ahold of anyone a PQ for some answers. I have left two messages and an email, but haven't heard anything back. I'm sure they are busy so I though maybe I could get some of my questions answered here so when I do get ahold of them I don't take up too much of their time.

I am new to carts so forgive me if I am asking noobe questions.

I am targeting 40 mph with as much of the sleeper look as possible.

I think I will need the assassin motor, new controller, upgraded cables, and solenoid. Do I also need the heavy duty F&R switch and pot box (what does the pot box do?)

From reading it sound like I really need to consider upgraded brakes if getting to these speeds any recommendations?

Will my 6-8V batteries work for the motor or will I need to increase my voltage?

Can you have a controller to tune down the cart when my wife drives it with this setup?

Also forgot to ask about gearing? Will a gear change or tire change be required or both?

Here is what is in my cart for batteries. Not sure if these are stock. I couldn't find a date code on them.

Well if you are looking to go 40mph, you may want to add front brakes to your list.
Really getting upwards of 30 mph should have everyone looking at front brakes.
Also, you have a sepex cart so it is separately excited and the FnR switch doesn't need to be heavy duty. (it's just a rocker switch with 16 gauge wires on it *maybe 12 gauge)
The "pot" you are talking about is an MCOR on the sepex carts and that will not need to be changed out either.

Those batteries probably are original batteries/ The Powerdrive batteries are what CC puts in at the factory.
There are white stickers on the batteries, probably have bar codes and should have a letter and number.
The letter would be the month and the number would be the year.
So, for instance, a B3 would be February 2013 batteries.

Dave at Revolution Golf Carts can answer all your questions. He has built a cart that did 57mph. Yes, you should upgrade the brakes and yes you can use the Alltrax XCT controller that allows you to have switchable programs for high speed and ordinary speed. It is switchable on the fly so you can have it programmed for a higher torque setting for hills if you wish.

The batteries will do all this or you can go the whole hog and switch to Lithium. There are plenty of threads on doing that.

Precedent? PH is Excel cart, I think so no FNR switch needed. That kind of speed will need lots of power and 8:1 gears or 23" tires. The Alltrax XCT500 also has the personality switch that can make it strong enough for a man but mild enough for a woman. 2AWG cables and SHD solenoid are also a must.

Those batteries likely won't last long. Consider Lithium. Not only can it provide the massive amps you'll need, it will save you 300 pounds!

I'm glad it would save him 300 ponds because the carts don't like to get wet!

Robbie told me the Assassin was for Series carts so I needed the Executioner...I have a 2010 CC precedent. Alltrax has a multiuser switch called the FNKS which will allows different settings
