Default 1996 Club Car..OBC or CHARGER?

I bought all new batteries..cart running smoothly

I plugged in the charger right after installing the new batteries and the meter jumped all the way to the top..good sign

Ran the cart and needed to charge...getting about 42-46 volts from end to end of the batteries.

Plugged in the charger and heard it click on but the meter didn't move

Left it plugged in for about 10 hours and still not working

Opened the charger and getting 52+ volts at some across the wiring.

OBC or Charger?

Did you hook the positive wire from charge port back to the main battery positive post?

Make a jumper wire that goes from main battery negative to the fuse on the charge receptacle plug.
Don't have to disconnect anything-its a very simple test
Plug the charger in and see if the meter moves .

I will give that a try, what Will that tell me if the charger kicks on? Also just an FYI there is continuity in the fuse I already checked that so I know the fuse is good.
