Default Audible turn signal

After searching much I have got nowhere, had my street legal Precident for 7 months and have left turn signals on a million times. I have seen countless carts that make a clicking sound from the turn signal switch, enough to let you know they are on, when I ask the owners about them I am told they have no idea cart came with it. I have asked my dealer where I bought the cart and was told there is no such thing. Can anyone help with info?

Most that I have "heard" seemed to come from the flasher relay, not the turn signal switch itself. Some of the electromechanical flashers seem make more noise than the standard type.

You have several ways to connect such a buzzer depending of your installation.

You can even use your reverse buzzer, if you have one, coupled with a relay and 2 diodes, as I did on a friend's cart...

In all case, check the voltage ;)

I bought a audible flasher on eBay for around $8, works great and easy to install just replace your stock flasher with the new one.

I added a cheap radio shack piezo under the steering column trim piece and it works great. I also designed a custom light indicator tied into the same place and so I have both an audible and visual assist system. Easy to make, cheap and works great when the stereo is up a little too loud for the piezo buzzer....
