Looking for set up recommendations for limo cart with lift.
Building an extended cart (limo) with a lift kit and 14" wheels etc. club car precedent. Will likely carry 4-6 people from time to time. Neighborhood has hills.
Anyone have a preferred controller set up and motor combo? I was thinking of an All Trax 400 or 500 set up with 4 gauge cables along with a Plum Quick Bandit perhaps and set the controller to torque based settings. Any thoughts from the gallery here? |

Alltrax XCT500 with the Admiral A4 torque motor. I use this combo religiously and everybody has been happy.

That is a lot of weight and with that motor and the controller to tune it perfectly you should be more than satisfied.... That (XCT500/A4) would be the way I went also....

I echo the XCT500/Admiral A4 combo. Go ahead and upgrade to 2ga cable, super duty solenoid and Allsports SS lift to fit those 14's and then

This is the one I built a few months back. I used that combo on this build. Customer LOVES it.

Bandit is a good motor but not in a limousine situation. I used an EMP motor with mine with a thermistor that will shut things down if it gets too hot. But I believe Dawg with this one.

King of Carts use P/Q Bandit motors in their limo set ups. I myself went with the set up in my signature and it works well.
