Just got this caroche need some help
Take a look at this wiring?!? This doesn't seem right! Any help would be great I'm not sure if it has been modified or just messed with. It's running now as I replaced the Solenoid 2-5 they were bad but she's still running very slow. No power. The batteries are new and the wires seem fine.

Re: Just got this caroche need some help
Ok, so you have 36v, which is what this carts needs. Ideally, you'd have six 6v batteries, but the 12s will do. Are you getting all five solenoids to click while depressing the accelerator? There is a microswitch box attached to the accelerator that has a MS for each solenoid. You may have some bad microswitches, solenoids, or a combination of both. Continuity tests with a DVM can test all of these switches/solenoids.

Re: Just got this caroche need some help
I would check each solenoid for continuity when engaged to verify that they are actually conducting current. Solenoids can click and be bad. How old are your batteries?

Re: Just got this caroche need some help
You should be able to 'feel' each speed with each solenoid click while driving. If you do feel all four speeds, your batteries are probably weak.

Re: Just got this caroche need some help
Honestly it seems like 1-2 then all the clicks are the same power. One is slow the second kicks and it starts to move but the last 2 click and no increases in power.

Re: Just got this caroche need some help
It's either those last two solenoids aren't conducting current, or your batteries are weak. Do you have a load tester? Or you can go for a drive with your DVM attached and see how low the voltage drops- ideally while driving uphill.
