Default Clubcar ds

I have a older 1989 ds 36 volt with new batteries i am having trouble getting run time on this cart it is a vglide resister cart

Okay, but lets be methodical here:

1- How new are the batteries (what date)?
2- How often are you charging them?
3- What is the pack voltage 12 hours after the charge and before it is ridden?

Possibilities:
A bad battery
A bad cable
A low charged pack
