Do I have a charger problem?
I have 8-6volt batteries in my cart. The batteries are brand new trojan t145's (I bought them last friday). The cart has a built in quick charge corp. charger. The charger is reading 26% charged right now but the batteries are at 6.8v each and the pack is at 55.3v. Should I let this keep charging? Are they overcharged? Thanks everyone for the help, I dont want to ruin these new batteries.

Re: Do I have a charger problem?
Used a different MM and all but one was in the 6.33 range. One was 6.41.

I copied this from my response in the other thread you posted in...

And I do not know the specs on your charger but a CC Powerdrive and OBC we were discussing in the other thread are different then your cart and charger. |

charger says 51% batterys range from 6.45v to 6.7v. Those readings are while charging though.

Re: Do I have a charger problem?
They can go to 7.5v or more by the end of the charging cycle.

Re: Do I have a charger problem?
Charger says that they are completely charged. Meter shows 6.7v still hooked up to auto charger.
