Toogood4U, Are you trying to tell us the battery pack charges and the cart does not run? Then what is the voltage reading of the battery pack 30 minutes after the charger turns off on its own? A little history helps too.... did it run before this? What happened when it stopped? We are not gonna pull teeth for you guys. If you want help you gotta help us ..... give all the info you got. Does the solenoid click?

I'm guessing here scotty... but what I think he's trying to say is:

The cart is just sitting, and not being used.

After a full overnight charge, removing and reinstalling the charger,
the charger will not kick on. (normal)

After a day or two (of not being used) removing and reinstalling the charger,
It kicks on... (for a short time... which is also normal!)

toogood... Batteries will always have some state of discharge even if not in use.
The Powerdrive charger will do basically the same thing, it'll charge, on it's own, if left alone long enough!

Pull the plug anytime , leave it out for a while , plug it back and it will come back on long
enough to Diag. Battery and top off charge if required , normally less than 1 hour depends on how much it has settled.
Normal !!
If it is running longer that this you have a voltage drain someplace !!

IMO... yes that's fine (normal)
If it charged for 12 hours after... that wouldn't be!

BTW... Sometimes, there is no "going easy" on someone @ BGW,
Type as clearly as if you were talking to someone, try to explain as much as possible,
You'll find that everybody here @ BGW will be willing to help all they can!

If not... your threads may go... Ummm... astray...

a perfect example:

Try to use the "search" feature as often as possible, and you'll be set!
