explain code numbers
I have a 2008 Club Car Precedent that has a speed fluctuation issue
with the scan tool I got a Throttle Fault 1 displayed in present and history codes When watching the actual monitor mode i see the throttle percentage fluctuate Up AND Down while slowly depressing the pedal should I be looking at the pedal assembly or is there more testing to do do first serial number is #PQ0836-955362 |

If you have a CDM and are able to monitor the throttle % then drive it and have the pedal fully depressed to 100% and if you see fluctuation when it's suppose to be 100% then you more than likely have an MCOR issue.

You have a bad MCOR. Take a look at this page and figure out which pedal assembly you have...
