2006 no go
I am working on 2006 IQ clubcar that will only move under a slight accel for 10ft and then quit. It seems like MCOR issue but when jumping the 2 wire harness there is no change. There is NO click from the solenoid. There is pack voltage on both big post and pack voltage on the blue wire. Not sure what voltage should be on the blue/white wire.
HELP PLEASE THANKS |

Re: 2006 no go
The 2 small posts should have 48 volts + & - if it does not it will not energize the coil to close in the solenoid. If it does have the proper voltage, then the solenoid has failed. If you are missing the "-" you have a controller issue (some received the negative from the OBC, but I ~believe your model was from the controller - you may need to verify that by the print)

Re: 2006 no go
This is more than likely a solenoid issue. I've seen this problem a lot with the small slot mounted solenoids from the factory. 2006 would have used one of those.
