Products to detail the cart???
I am picking up my first cart friday. A 2015 Precedent. It is all stock for now.
It is very clean already but I will be detailing it probably the day I pick it up. I am surprised I haven’t really found threads talking about detailing the carts and product recommendations. I already have a huge assortment of car detailing products. But anyone have suggestions for products they use for cleaning, polishing, shining, etc....? I know the stock windshield may need some polishing. Don’t know if there is any polish that could smooth out little light hazing or light scratches from people cleaning the windshield with dust and dirt under the rag. |

Never tried removing scratches from the windshield, but I use Mother's products for everything else.

I don't know about the windshield either. But I can't think of anything you use on your car that would harm the cart.

the only time that I have ever seen a product not work on a cart is turtle wax, if you get it on the black plastic trim on a precedent or yamaha it will make the black plastic a flat grayish/black color and is a real pain in the *** to get off. My neighbor did it on his yamaha.

Plex X for the windshield made by meguiars, works great. If you have a polisher even better when you use it on the windshield.
Any automotive product you have will work great on the cart |

Re: Products to detail the cart???
Any wax on plastic will cause a mess. Not just Turtle wax and not just on Precedents and Yamahas.

Turtle Wax ICE is made for plastic and will not get the white residue on the black plastic trim. It actually shines it like Armor All. It's the OEM recommended wax for a Precedent.
