Z lift?
I'm installing a 4 in. z lift on an 04 cc. done a lot of bolt on lifts but this is my first cut frame lift. My ? is when you weld the steering knuckle extension, how do you keep it centered on the female knuckle? I was thinking a drift or maybe a bolt in the pipe to center it all up. Any ideas? You can tell i am also a novice welder.

Re: Z lift?
Its cut, I got it done. Not my cart or idea. The only thing i learned was i will not do another one. The time you spend installing is way too long, bolt on lifts are the way to go.
