Also to me it looks like the lower amp ring terminals are on the bottom of the post.
High current first then the low amp rings.
100 INCH pound torque.

That shunt or fuse [can't tell from the pics] didn't help either. Vibration and cart flexing can cause the rigid fuse to "pry" on the post and potentially cause it to stretch and loosen. I have been told, only flexible batt cables should be clamped/bolted to battery posts. Anyone here feel free to correct me if I am wrong as I am always learning.

Bad connection, large wire goes on first then the smaller wires.

Not the car's fault... Crappy connection... Always place the larger high amperage connection on first followed by the smaller low amp items.
