Welcome to BGW

It was charging JUST FINE until you switched the wires. If it was wrong the first time the charger wouldn't have come on at all. It could take up to 10 hour to fully charge a pack. You probly fried the charger, OBC or if your lucky you just blew a fuse inside the charger. Hook it back up the way it was originally and take the charger to a dealer....or buy another.

He says it is a 36 volt car......no OBC. So I question if the correct batteries where installed. Is it truly a 36 volt car....from what is going on, my guess is it is a 48 volt car.

Welcome rockfishray..... My guess is the FN thread will never die ......
Maybe we can get a pic of the battery bay and the charger to help determine just what you have?
