Default 48v powerwise 3!!!

Plug in my charger and it Max's out at 15 amps for 10 seconds then trips the breaker on the charger. I reset it and tried again and my wrench stuck to the side of my charger. Does that mean the transformer is bad? I replaced the breaker and 1 of the heat sink boards.... thanks in advance!

Doesn't sound like a transformer. Read through this http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...eshooting.html and see if it helps.

Wrench stuck to side of charger? Lol not sure what that’s about but I agree not transformer. If transformer was toast it probably wouldn’t put out very many amps or none at all

It's a diode problem. If you only replaced one of the diode strips, your problem may be in the other one. Note that they are different and most cart shops don't realize this. There is a top and a bottom, and the parts are offered in a "kit" that include both of them. The reason your wrench is sticking to the side of the controller is because the transformer turns into somewhat of an electro-magnet when the diodes are blown.
