Default Charger clicks but does not start charging 2006 Club Car 48 volt

Having issues with my club car today. I have recently replaced all the batteries upgraded controller solenoid and motor. It's been running fine for about a month now and out of the blue it is no longer charging. The charger comes on clicks but the meter does not read any output. From the receptacle positive to negative terminal on reading 38.5 volts but on the batteries I reading 48.7 volts from first to number 6. Any clue?

You need to repair your charger most likely. Easy to do if you can solder and the repair kit is cheap. If you have enough voltage to trigger the charger to turn on, then the issue is likely the charger. Of course it could be another issue but the charger isn't a complex system. It detects a base voltage then sends voltage to the pack.

What kinda charger is it? You can get rebuild kits from David at Revolution Golf Carts for around $30 for the Power drive 2. No soldering required.

I would definitely try the rebuild kit. It replaces the breaker, relay and rectifier, and can be done in like 10 minutes. Very simple to do.
