Default Speed with mot a 1 motor and alltrax 48500 slow

I’ve upgraded my motor to the A1 and I have an alltrax sr48500 controller. My speed on the cart with a phone gps shows 19 mph. I feel like I should be getting more speed on the beast?

What I can tell speed is mostly gained from the rpm's the motor is putting out. What is your Alltrax saying is the max rpms for that motor.

I'm sure someone will also ask the question if your controller has the correct motor map for your application.

SR controllers do not have maps.
Sounds like you are on 36v ?
1. What is the battery pack voltage when the cart is going full speed?
2. What is the tire size?
3. Is the cart easy to push in neutral?

It’s 48v cart

When I ran the test the load dropped to like 33v under full. Cart is 6inch lifted and has 23 inch all terrain tires.

You got bad battery(ies) Very bad.
Do the voltage test on each one under load.
Record and post the results here.

This is like complaining your flashlight is dim even with weak batteries.

Don't buy junk. Buy a good name brand battery and you'll be happy with the results. I recommend Trojan or Crowns.
