1993 Club Car DS electric plywood seats

Hello, brand new to the forum. Just moved to Florida and bought an older 1993 club car DS electric from a neighbor who is leaving to go back to New England. To make a long story short got it for a great price with 1 week old batteries and a new charger. Plywood on the seat bottoms was all rotten and when the wife and I sat down on the drivers seat we "went through" and were basically sitting on top of the batteries.

The plywood is so rotten and is "crumbled" and I don't know how big the plywood is. I want to cut new plywood and my mother has offered to recover the seats with new marine vinyl that she has left over from another project.

So to make a long post short...how big do I need to cut the replacement plywood?

Thanks all, this is my first golf cart and I can't wait to play with it some more. Already put a new rearview mirror and headlight switch in.
