2008 club car precedent help!!
I have a 2008 club car precedent 48 volt with 4 brand new 12 volt trojan t 1275
The cart was running great but all the sudden it stopped moving ! So I put it up on jack stands and charged batteries fully and then started to see what was going on! First thing I did was hit accelerator and the solenoid clicks but the one tire on pass side will only turn for a couple seconds then stop and then if I let off accelerator and pressed again it does same thing? I tested my MCOR and it checks out ! Could it be my controller ? |

What's your battery pack voltage? Yes I know they're new, but new batteries can be dead or weak. Measure the total voltage across the battery pack with a meter.

Re: 2008 club car precedent help!!
Make sure the F1 or F2 spade connectors did not come loose from the controller.
Measure the voltage across the solenoid when it clicks to make sure the solenoid contacts are actually closing. The voltage across the solenoid big posts should be 0v when it clicks if the contacts are closing. |
