Default 01 club car

My 01 powerdrive regen club car has intermittent charging trouble. I have new batteries fully charged(specific gravity checked). Sometimes after running all day the cart will charge for 15min and shut off never to charge again. If I disconnect the positive and neg. battery connections and reset the OBC it may run for 15 min and stop again. I can jump my powerdrive chargers by passing charger module and it will charge completely. I have new cables and the only questionable item I see is the fuse is smoky looking but shows ok on conductivity. The intermittent aspect is making me nuts.
