03 carryall 48v, new batteries..no go
Hello wise members, I need your help, new to the battery cart world..but not afraid, just bought a nice shape 03 carryall w cab, bought new batteries, installed, (correctly) tested each one ,good, turn key on and no go, what to check and where?? Thanks in advance and where to get a deal on service manual(are they worth buying). Chip East-central illinois
