![]() Pull the Yellow wire from Terminal #3 just far enough so You can put your meter positive probe there, leave everything still connected to the Controller and the FNR in forward. Got 0-7 volts

![]() this cart has an mcor1. I have an mcor 4 from another cart,I tested micro ,it's good. How can i test mccor4 to see if it's working right. And if so, I could plug it in and bypass mcor1. The wires on the 4 are different. purple/white, yellow and white

![]() Kept micro wiring on mcor1 connected. Pulled 3 pin plug from mcor1 and plugged in mcor4. Same results. Wheels barely turn.

![]() Assuming the voltage on the Yellow wire was a smooth range from 0v-7v, that test is good. If the voltage on controller B+ is not dropping as You press the pedal, then the Solenoid and the batteries are good. It could be an issue with FNR, cables, Controller or Motor. Measure the voltage between Controller M- (positive probe) and B-, it should range from 48v (pack voltage) when the Solenoid clicks to near 0v as You press the pedal.

![]() When the voltage on the Controller Terminal #3 (yellow wire) gets to around 5v, the Controller outputs 100% of power. When the Controller is at 100% PWM duty cycle, the M- terminal is directly connected to B- so the Voltage between M- and B- should be 0v. It looks like the Controller has been damaged.
